Mascara

As far as I'm concerned, all mascara is the same. It does the same job, but can turn out differently depending on how you apply it. There's a new issue about Dior's mascara with Natalie Portman as a model. There are claims that the mascara does not do the job depicted in the advertisement. I don't trust any of these makeup companies; when you buy eye shadow, it never looks as good as it does in the advertisements. The same with eye liner (creates lines on eye lids), mascara (whose lashes get that long from mascara?), and lipstick (never lasts as long as they say.) Buy whatever mascara works for you, and if you don't have a favorite, I use a cheap one called Great Lash by Maybelline. It's pink and green - impossible to miss.
I don't even bother to look at makeup ads anymore because they're so disappointing in reality. And if you need makeup tips, ask the women at your nearest Shopper's or Rexall. Chances are they will know some good tips, techniques, and products.
