BOOBS

I’ve been reading articles on multiple sites lately and ran across this one. Here are a few things I’ve learned and found particularly interesting.

A study done at the University of California at Berkeley found that squeezing your breasts on a regular basis may prevent cancer, and according to the Texas Institute of Functional Medicines massaging your breasts can help them with many things, including:
-          Maintaining shape
-          Preventing sagginess
-          Breaking up cysts
-          Strengthening muscle tissue
-          Reducing soreness
-          Flushing toxins
This is all good news for me because, as many know, I loooove touching my titties!

Lund University in Sweden concludes that coffee makes breasts smaller. I find this particularly shocking because I drink coffee at least once a day, have recently been losing weight, and have oddly enough gone up a cup size to DDD (which I congratulate myself on by squeezing them daily – a point recommended earlier in the article.) Other studies have also shown that coffee may reduce the risk of breast cancer. Now, I love my DDDs (yes those are 3 D’s…hah, my boobs are 3D!) but I would be satisfied with my former DDs just as much, especially if it meant that I could drink coffee AND reduce my risk of breast cancer at the same time.

Benefit's Benetint, which is commonly used as blush on the (facial) cheeks, was originally created in the 70's for an ‘adult performer’ who should need to "enhance her nipples while dancing." Interesting. I wonder what men would think of women using makeup on their nipples.

So remember this: enjoy your breasts, big or small. Remember to drink your coffee and MASSAGE THOSE GIRLS! You love it, they love it, men love it -- we all win!
